- Transformation of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment into a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, optimizing space and enhancing natural light.
- Efficient redistribution, removing a long and unnecessary hallway.
- New installations: plumbing, underfloor heating (replacing radiators).

Sitges – Comprehensive Renovation of a 75m² Space in 5 Months
The main challenge in this renovation was adding a third bedroom and relocating the kitchen to make the most of the available space, while preserving the natural light that characterises the flat. We also completely renewed the old plumbing and electrical installations, improving the efficiency and comfort of the home.
The flat had last been renovated more than 40 years ago, and the goal was to transform it completely, giving it a modern, elegant and functional look without losing its original charm. The result is a bright, contemporary and welcoming space, designed to be enjoyed in every corner.

Castelldefels – Comprehensive Renovation of a Detached House with Garden and Pool
- Full renovation of a multi-storey detached house, completely renewing the interiors, the building services and the outdoor areas.
- Structural openings on the main floor to gain space, flow and natural light.
- New underfloor heating throughout the house, replacing the existing radiator system.
- Bathrooms rebuilt with new plumbing and large-format tiling.
- New internal staircase with cantilevered treads and a glass balustrade.
- Complete rebuild of the swimming pool and garden, with new decking and renewed access paths.
